As many of you will already know, the first BrightonSEO was arranged by the much loved and dearly missed Jaamit. The fact is that if it weren’t for Jaamit, BrightonSEO wouldn’t be happening, much less growing and evolving like it is now. The lovely guys at ThinkVisibility have a page set up to raise money for Jaamit’s wife: you should go and donate some money now.
At BrightonSEO we also wanted to do something to raise some money and celebrate the fun than he bought to every event he attended. What have we come up with? A really awesome sports tournament! In the evening, at the pub, we will be hosting a table football and pool competitions. It’ll be a fiver to enter with all the proceeds going to Jaamit’s wife.
If you win, you’ll not only get the enduring respect of your peers you’ll also win a great big trophy. Like a proper trophy. Honest! We’ll share more details on the day but we wanted to let you know in advance so you could get some practice in!
