Day-to-day Marcus runs Venture Harbour, a company that helps brands within the music and entertainment industries grow their businesses online.

Venture Harbour also manages a collection of Marcus’ own projects, includingTheMusiciansGuide.co.uk; a website Marcus established at age 16 which has grown to annually help over 300,000 musicians learn new ways to grow their fan base.
