Ross is the Managing Director of Type A media, a digital marketing agency that helps brands find the optimal path to talk to more people online. Ross has pioneered the 4 day work week at Type A and trains the team to act like technologists but talk like consultants – using fancy technology to get more done but communicating in plain language. He is also the host of the Canonical Chronicle, a weekly webshow about all things digital.
