Adopting the principle of ‘marginal gains’, this course will look at all aspects of business development, from strategy and planning through to crafting a winning presentation, showing how small improvements at every stage can translate into a significant uplift in new business performance.

This course is designed for agency leaders who either cannot find, or cannot justify investing in, a full-time business development manager but recognise the importance of understanding and adopting the processes and skills associated with an established new business function.
It would also suit junior to mid-level business development managers looking to up their game.
