This digital skills course provides a practical framework for managing projects and campaigns of all sizes. Effective project management skills will help you keep teams focused on what’s important and use time more efficiently. The session is designed for delegates who need to work more effectively and will be applicable for you whether you’re working agency or brand-side. There will be a pre-course questionnaire for you to flag any existing concerns or questions to help us tailor the content of the course as much as possible, and you’ll also have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to share thoughts, ask questions, and get feedback. The trainer will have a list of delegates’ names and organisations and will send out a questionnaire ahead of the training course to find out each delegate’s main questions or concerns. This will help us ensure that the course is as tailored as possible.
