Session 1 – Setting yourself on the right path


  • The guiding principles, skills and behaviours needed to be successful
  • Establishing who you should target and why
  • Reflecting on past performance to set realistic objectives


Session 2 – Building (and maintaining) a solid pipeline

  • Getting inside the head of your ‘ideal’ client
  • Creating a prospecting plan (and sticking to it)
  • Ideas to open doors and nurture relationships


Session 3 – Turning opportunities into wins
